Sonata's own corporate site had a static contact form on a dedicated page. Visitors had to navigate to it, which meant only people who already decided to reach out ever filled it in. Everyone else left without a trace.
Replaced the static contact page form with a targeted window built in Allegro, Sonata's own form builder with behavioral targeting. The form now appears based on visitor behavior — time on site, pages visited, and exit intent. Returning visitors see different copy than first-timers. Setup took one embed and a few triggers configured through Spark, Allegro's built-in AI assistant.
Contact form submissions increased after switching from a static page to behavioral targeting. Exit-intent targeting accounted for the majority of new responses.
“We built Allegro to solve this exact problem. Using it on our own site was the first real test — and the reason we knew it was ready for other businesses.” Sonata Innovations team
