What happens if I hit my form submission cap?
Unused form submissions roll over month to month — they don't expire. If you use all available submissions, including any rolled over from prior months, you'll need to upgrade your plan before the end of the billing cycle to keep your program running without interruption.
What counts as a form display?
Every time Allegro shows a form to a visitor — popup or embedded — counts as one display. If a visitor sees the same form twice, that's two displays.
What are Spark credits?
Spark credits power the AI assistant built into Allegro. Each tier includes a monthly pool plus a daily allocation (10% of the monthly pool). Daily Spark credits are used first. Unused Spark credits do not roll over — everything resets at the start of each month.

Are trigger executions really unlimited?
Yes. Every time a trigger evaluates visitor behavior, that's a trigger execution — and they're unlimited on all tiers. Fair usage protection prevents abuse, but normal usage will never hit a ceiling.
Windows and forms — what's the difference?
A window is the popup your visitors see — styled to match your site. Forms live inside a window and collect the data. Most businesses start with one window and use multiple forms for different purposes. If your site serves distinct audiences or has sections with different branding, additional windows let you match each one.
What is a trigger?
A trigger is a set of conditions you define — like "visitor has been on the pricing page for 30 seconds and visited twice this week." When all conditions are met, Allegro shows your form. One trigger does the work of deciding who sees what and when. Trigger executions are how often that evaluation runs — and they're unlimited on every plan.
Can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Your monthly fee is prorated — you only pay the difference for the remainder of the month.
What's included in the 3-month free trial?
The free trial is available on the Starter plan only. Full access to every Starter feature and cap for 3 months. A credit card is required to start. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
What does priority support include?
Business-tier support responses arrive within 4 hours, compared to 1 business day on Starter and Professional. You also get implementation consulting via email — help with program design, trigger strategy, and getting the most out of Allegro, not just usage questions.
What if I'm not getting leads?
Allegro puts the form in front of the right visitors — but conversion depends on your offer, your copy, and your audience. We'll help you optimize. Starter includes email support for usage questions. Professional and Business tiers include program design guidance.
Can I get a refund on an annual plan?
No. Annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable.
